I have always loved the Mexico Pavilion at EPCOT. Even as a kid, I was a night person and a lover of boats – what better pavilion is there for me? I think my family always rode El Rio del Tiempo when I was younger. Nowadays, we have a slightly different version I’ve captured below. One thing I remember from being a kid is how much I loved Pirates of the Caribbean and also it’s a small world, so I think it makes perfect sense how much I enjoy this ride – there’s almost a mash up between the two in some scenes.
This post was made possible with the help of my beautiful girlfriend, Melissa Sue acting as second shooter with my Canon EOS-M with its kit 22mm f/2.0 lens. I was using my Canon 6D, swapping between the kit 24-105mm f/3.5-4.5 lens and the 50mm f/1.4 lens between rides. Shots processed in Aperture for OS X, as usual.
