In this post, you will find a ridiculous number* of photos detailing the Christmas decorations at Disney’s Yacht and Beach Club Resorts.
The two main showcases at these resorts are the Yacht Club’s scale model of a wintry town and the Beach Club’s gingerbread carousel. I made sure to get plenty of pictures of these two centerpieces, but also detailed the wreaths, trees, ornaments, and lights displayed throughout the main areas of the resorts.
The pictures below are in chronological order as I walked from Yacht Club to Beach Club and back to Yacht Club, shooting all the while. I used both my Canon EOS M and my 6D. Lenses were a 24-105mm f/4L, a 28mm f/1.8, a 22mm f/2, and a 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5. I processed the photos in Aperture for OS X. Some photos got very little work done, some have color filters, saturation adjustments, or vintage filters applied to set a certain mood (and to break up the monotony of the 254 pictures in this post).
Please, enjoy and share – and happy holidays!
